Does anyone have an e-mail address for the owner of CP Mini Raceway?

I want to go where he has been but 1,100 miles to the west.

I have his telephone number from their web site but he really needs to post his e-mail addy on that site.

Thanks for any help contacting him.

Hi Bob,
I am not sure what his email adress is but I will try to find out. I haven't been there in over 1 month. Who would have guessed that moving into a new house would take up so much time! Almost settled in so I plan on going back to get ready for the z cup.

Thanks Paul.

I am seriously looking at how feasible it is to open an operation like his.

When I first saw his web site I thought he would not last with the overhead of a mall location.

But he must be pretty business savy. Judging by the photo gallery and Kyosho coverage CP has grown nicely.

I live in Saratoga and go to that shop every thursday for stock races. Their site is www.miniraceway.com. I am a member at their shop.

evoboy07,

Yes I have been to the site many times. That's why I would like to e-mail the owner. He has done what I plan to do. As such I believe him to be a valuable source of info.

I could not find any contact info other than the phone number. E-mail to me is much better for both parties when you have a lot of questions. But if a phone call is the only way to contact them, when is the best time to catch him in the shop?

By the way what is his name?

Thanks.

his name is Eric. he is normally there after 2:00 daily (sundays maybe sooner) I don't know of their email address either. I would try the phone first and then get the email from them (if they have one for the business, may be just personal) His wife Rose opens the place. They are there 7 days a week (mall rules). Good luck in your venture.

I just got one for my son for christmas and it was 165.00. This also included one month unlimited track time and membership for 1 year to the CP Mini race way club. after the one month free track time, you get a discount to the track time ($2 instead of $3.50 per hr, $8 for a day or $25 monthly) special entry fees to the races ($8 member $12 non member) and 10% discount off all parts with some exceptions (aluminum servo gears..) I do not work there even though I sound like I am advertising for them. I used to go alot and plan on returning.

I suppose you could try:
shop@miniraceway.com
info@miniraceway.com
eric@miniraceway.com
order@miniraceway.com
sales@miniraceway.com

one of them is bound to get through

BobT,

Did you get ahold of Eric? Hopefully he could help you out. I will be at the track tomorrow night if there is anything I can find out for you.

Paul,

Thanks no. I was going to call Eric during my Christmas vacation but family matters kept me too busy.

But now that my new long distance calling plan is in effect I can call and talk to Eric all night and it won't cost me any more. Poor Eric. LOL!

Does anyone know the limits of a non-turbo motor? I mean ESC limits. Experimental motors for the science fair. Would Eric know?

I don't mind the off-topic question, but IMHO your question will be viewed and answered quicker if you put it in the "Motor Tech" section.

Just trying to help.

I can't get the website to come up! I even called the store and was provided the same url. Darn it. Anyway, I ordered some batteries and a Mad Force Type 2 from them. The owners also seemed very polite over the telephone. But for some obvious reason, I don't think that the unlimited track time will help me much. :(

Edit: I finally got the site to come up.

Sometimes I have the same problem. Just give it some time.

I've tried to pull up the site several times in the last month with no sucess.

How much time do you suggest?

If you are paying for your site you are being ripped off. You should be upset.
