Here are some images of my slightly(?) modified Enzo. It has all the hopups I could get my hands on and runs like a dream...

Please excuse the picture quality, DV cam...

Note the difference in tirewidth between the right and left rear tires. The right ones are my new super light 14mm wide aluminium spokes. Just waiting for the proper foams to appear.

The body is lightend by 3g

The chassi is currently being lightend as well.

I haven't no weight numbers on the entire RaceReady car, will have once I'm done with the chassi.

Just two tenths of the local trackrecord running my Speedy engine and wrong set of PowerTyres. The record holder runs a lexan body with an Atomic AR-18 engine and much wider tyres... Will see once the chassi is done and I get the proper tyres for my aluminium hubs.

It's the top cover all chopped up for weight reduction.

wow that really looks nice...those rims and tires are nice...that is a pretty complete car! where did you get the rims and foams/tires?
Have you ever thought about putting a spoiler on it ? The real enzo has a spoiler that comes up on its own at about 70 something mph...just a little side note..hehe

no, there is a second chip laying atop the cover, toward the front, over where the steering FETs should be, is this some type of external turbo?

Ya it's lookin like an external turbo with out the shrink wrap. All those hop ups, i would of just gone with a fet stack. Unless you're trying to keep it easy enough to switch classes.

yeah, FET stack would be lighter, more compact, and lower CG if it matters that much, or maybe they cant solder that well, and opted for the external opposed to sending off their board

i may be mistaken... but i think its an ir transponder / part of a lapconter system... (called lapz???)

Ya, i didn't think about that it could of been a transponder.

I do think that it needs a wing on it's back side. ;)

Those wheels and tires are Z-speed and they are available at the MZR shop, just email them and ask them for them... The only bummer about zspeeds is that the wheel key in the rears wears out after about 5 or 6 race weekends with a mod motor...

What do you mean by "the wheel key"?

The slot which engages the diff. It tends to wallow out under high horsepower applications. Has to do with the grade of the aluminum that Zspeed uses.

It's for sure part of a lap counting system. You can see the two IR emitter's in the front by the yellow connector (last picture.)

And those are some impressive mod's...
