Don,t worry Brian we,re all just tryin to figure out these F1,s.Finding the set up is a little different than the sedans. The recent fet upgrades have created a new set of challenges for the F1.The fet in the sedan is going alot smoother.I think it just requires more practice for myself.Speaking of that don,t forget practice Fri night at the shop.Hope to see a few of you guys out there.I,ll be puttin in some practice time for Sat race.I NEED IT!!!

Brian wins again in the open sedan class. You're too fast man.
I'm noticing how you drive. I think my problem is being trigger happy. I like to gun it and see what happens. Then I try to steer the speed instead of just aiming for the correct driving line.
How did those foam tires work for you? Were you using them today?

I tried the power tyres foams (f/medium r/soft) but they don't seem to react as quickly even though they provided a bit more grip, could be the height of the foam
I ran xtra speed 18's on the front and mini-zracer 10's on the back of both cars

Had a BLAST guys!! Got my first win with a "Rental" car... that Enzo is really stable car... probably could have used some softer tires in back, but 30's all around was all I had in the toolbox.
Can't wait to get my new Supra and get to racing!!!

Good job beating my (ahem, 7 year old) son! It was his first race as was yours maybe?
Great fun, get your car and practice, I'm setting up a track today and will get Ethan in training for the rematch!

Ian, I was really impressed with Ethan... he is gonna be a fantastic racer! (MORE than he already is...)
I was just happy to actually finish the race somewhere other than last! LOL I have been racing, with my son Christopher (age 10), off-an-on for the last year. We are usually involved in Baseball, Football, and now Basketball, so we never make all the races, so it is really hard to get any consisitancy. We both run MR-01's, and from what I can see after this past race, the MR-02's are far and above what the 01's can do! I will be upgrading to an MR-02 so I hope to be a little better this next year.
Glad to see there are other father-and-son racing teams. I look forward to the next race...

We've been reading up, ordering tires, practicing. Think y'all may as well give it up and go play foozball or smothing, because we have got in goin on for the next race!
