The eyelids set it off. Hmmm great idea, I plan on using it if you don't mind. Now I think I will try to paint a much more aggressive lokoing Mclaren.

I know it's a very good radio, best for mini-z, actually, but it looks as some futuristic cosmic invaders weapon :) nice track and YES to Mclaren as a racing setup :)

agreed....I found the M8 surprisingly comfortable and evenly balanced with batteries (despite the look) and the adjustments were easy to find and go through.

Thanks all for the compliment...

The eyelids does make the Mclaren look alot mean'er'...go ahead and use it on your Mclaren and scare away your competition... :D

I'll probably do that on my silver show car. But on the one I run with, I'm gonna make a wimpy eyelid....that way, the other guy would think that the car is slow, then all of a sudden......byebye!

man, this car is lifted up.....
Those are Enzo's wheels, right? So the lift is to reduce wheel/body rubbing?

Yeah, whats up with the rear hydrolics NML ? Here's my McLaren; with hydrolics all the way down.

my mclaren was really high stock. i had to shim the front and rear to lower it.

how do you shim rear? i had to modify rear clips..

use the end of a broken h plate and place it inbetween the motor mount and your h plate. it raises the motor mount by whatever the thickness of the material you use giving the body a lower look.

Mine was unpainted body with clips not attached. i cut them a bit and mounted 2mm higher. see photo

I lowered my McLaren by using 1.3mm shims under the front steering knuckles and a old T-bar ( 1.0mm ) in the rear.

It is a big turn off cosmatically, but ergonomically, it's the best.

You'd be surprised how good my hydraulic lifted McL handles. Ask TNB. Tested on both tight and loose tracks.

As far as putting spacers in the rear, I did that, but it seemed to affect the friction action of the disk damper, so I removed it. The front are shimmed however.

Plus I got the body thru a trade and I don't know what happened. Either way, I don't mind the looks as long as it handles.

Nice color scheme by the way, Roger.

Thanks NML. If you got that car as a trade, im thinking that the body mounts were possibly been modified ?? But, if the car suites your driving style, then leave it :) .

BTW: Whats your turn-around time if I were to purchase you mini-speed monsters ( your motors ) ? Im located in nor-cal and I would like to try some of your motors.
