Isn't it plenty low already? Or dya mean the body?
For the chassis: put spacers (straws work nicely) on all the shocks
for the body: move the body clips

Mess around with putting spacers (small washers or something similar) on the bottom of the king pins for the front ... that will lower the car quite a bit... put harder springs on though, you don't want your car wheels bottoming out on your body and messing up a race.

Is there really a way to move the body clips? It seems to me like they're glued on or smthng. GT40 is so low, that suspension's working space is like 1 millimeter, motormount hits the rearwindow. I tried to put a stronger springs, that was even worse. It doesn't "donut" to the right, (yes, I still have a stock diff) but when the body is lifted slightly, problem decreases.

sounds like it is too low and everything underneath is rubbing or hitting somthing. Make sure that everything has free play. If one thing binds ever so slightly it will cause adverse effects.
