belt drive heh. belt drive on something this small isnt good. stuff gets cought it the belt a lot and something this small it puts a lot of strain on the motor. but it looks awsome. i hope everything works out. keep us updated...

Yeah I never liked belt drive. It kept messing up on my Losi XXXS. Shaft drive is the best way to go in my opinion. Good luck to ur friend getting the belt drive to work good though.

If you want a real awd that kicks ass... just look at the latest PRO-Z chassis. It uses Kyosho's AWD drive design but places it in the kick ass Pro-Z cf chassis. If speed kills then this one is a real death machine...

i only know of a pro-z tcz... and from experience, getting the xmod gen 1 drivetrain to work properly is fruitless. did pro-z do a true MA-010 conversion? i can't find the link to that one, if it exists...

and how'd this get all the freaking way to mini-z science? i haven't made anything real yet.

That's sweet.

I just can't wait until someone comes out with a decent AWD Overland.
