Anyone know anything about these?

I am looking into a FET upgrade and was considering using standard 4562 MOSFETs when I came across these.

Thanks for the help!

kinda first time i heard about those... standard 4562? there are a couple of others fets out there - but i guess 4562 is thus far the best (although there may be others out there) so i guess 4562 is usually becoming the 'standard' fet upgrade... hehehe...

Thanks herman. Anyone one know about these. If I can find the specs on the 4562 FET I can cross reference the AN0113 as far as resistence and etc since that is all that is posted with the 0113.

Thanks again!

Thanks again herman,

In cross-checking those two I guess it is really hard to tell which is better. Someone will just have to try and report I guess!

I know this is an old thread, but for those searching in the future, i got these installed by RUF when they debuted at PN and Philip's claims of 60% more power and resiliency vs. 4562 are, so far, truthful.
