i have:
3 wide l's
1 wide turn kit (3) turns
1 45 deg kit

we can expand toward the couch to make larger tracks if need be and move the drivers stand to the steped up area. see attached floor plan for reference room size

please post layout suggestions here. i've also attached a plan with dimensions of the space.

I am really glad you posted this thread and the floor plan! I hope Briankstan gets his hands on this.

Just to be clear we are using the room with the "hearth" and how much of the 23'-1" by 20'-10" do we have?

Is the dashed line where the step is or is that the solid line?

take out 3'-4' from the left side of that space for the couch and we have from the hearth to the step clear and free.

we can expand toward the couch, computers and move to the step or expand up the step? either way is fine with me. if need be, i can moce the couch. i just can't move all the computers at the table.

Arch2b, if you can give me a layout with the available space you have acounting for the computer desks and tables. I'll get you some layouts drawn up that I think you guys will like.

I just want to make sure that I design them to fit the usable space, I may have some that will already fit.

These look pretty good. Did you do this all yesterday or did you have some lying around?

did them up last night, the space is just a little shy (3") of adding and additional tile, it would have given alot more layout options, but you work with what you have.

The will fill the area pretty well.

I will be updating the layouts on my website with the ones that have the correct "look" I will also be adding a printable version of every track. I will be adding a bunch more with several of the different available kits and track elements.

If you have photoshop you should be able to easily shrink them to the size you need.
