Hi SaiTam,

Bennett told me this morning that there is going to be 4 of you coming from NYC for sure, which includes you I guess. I look forward to meeting you and all the other new friends from this forum that are coming.

Also a side note, there are 5 guys coming from Michigan as well, so you will have some interstate competition as well.

See you on Sat. night.

I won the 2WD stock and Willy won the F1 stock in Canada.

It was fun, best event ever. I just got home after a 11hr drive, I'll go to sleep and write more about it tomorrow. Great competition, great fun, and great atmosphere. Big thanks to Shawn and his crew; as well as all the racers.

Me and Willy took home 7 of the 12 available trophies. The competition was great with fast guys from Michigan; Canada and elsewhere. Drivers had great courtesy and there was no yelling/swearing, etc...... No one would block the leaders or faster guys from passing which resulted in faster time for everybody

The performance of the 1st and 2nd place finishes MA-010 cars was amazing. Never knew the MA-010 could be that fast on every section of the track. Unfortunately the 2nd place car was DQ'd due to the extended sideskirts.

Canada was great too, friendly people and nice food. It was worth every effort and penny. The track layout was challenging, as shown in the pic:

Our folks also won a variety of Raffle prizes: a few Autosacle Z8s; RCP Mini-Tile; two i-waver cars; PN pan car bodies/goodies, Kyosho goodies, etc..........

Someone from Michigan took home a MR-015 cop car RTR kit, lucky guy.

The race was affordable too, $50 CDN for four classes including motors.

That was Chuck (onrailz) - the same guy who you mentioned finished 2nd in MA-010. :)

The cheapest I see around here is $230 + tax; valet style.

Did you get a car?
