there is a blue TT, as well a red and Black Z8 at my local hobby shop. they are just the bodies and don't come with wheels.

isnt classic just base mostly on the rariety of the body case?

no. the term classis, in this case is referring to sequential order of release. the bodies being discussed are all from the 1 thru 3rd releases.

what is 'body case'? do you mean to say 'autoscale'?

saw a couple of them in a local hobby shop too... they are just bodies (i think it includes the front body clip but not sure) that come in what looks like a legit kyosho cardboard box with a plastic cellophane window... no tires or rims...

I'd take the silver RX7, I assume it's the FC3S as I have not seen the FD3S in silver.

Looks like I found a few more Z's at the above hobby shop. These are border line "classic".

30506MS this is the Michael Schumacher F-1
30476TA this is the Audi Red Bull DTM MR-02
30459R this is the Ferrari 575M MR-02

If you live in the Phoenix area, check out this hobby shop. They have a nice carpet track. They are Mini-Z friendly, by allowing the local Mini-Z club set up their track on the carpet track.

Z-fans that are out of the area, and are looking for one of these three, give Ron a call.
