Could be FETs on the circuit board. Does it go in reverse? Have you tried a different transmitter?

It could be there is a problem with the crystals. Check to be sure the one in the car matches the one in the controller and that the one that is marked tx is in the controller and the one in the car is marked rx. Try swapping the crystals from the other car and controller. If none of these efforts solve your problem on the malfunctioning car it may be that the controller throttle function needs to be adjusted for that car. Try adjusting it per the instructions. Hope you get it going.

i would check the throttle settings first as suggested

If its brand spanking new, why not just take it back to where you bought and it and exchange it for one that works?

Tx stands for transmitter, and Rx stands for reciever.

hmmm.... i think a very integral step prior to purchase was omitted... test out items before paying for them...

but given the situation... try out above suggestions... and good luck...

hmmm... try switching crystals with the one that's working and try the working tx on the non working chassis... try the non working tx on the working chassis...

hope you get it to work...
