Tim, I have a 2 part question.

a. Would it be possible to post what autoscales are being released/re-released in your "Whats new" thread?

b. Would you happen to know if another run of Murcielago bodies is planned? Specifically the Yellow one.

It seems that a new run of the 2000 Corvette C5R's was just released, but I haven't seen them in the States yet. (was this a Japan release only?) I purchased one from Japan and it is very evident that it is newly produced and has gloss coat compared to my older model that doesn't.

Put me in for a Murcielago - the green one ;-)

I actually drove next to a Murcielago (Orange one) today.
wow! that car looks much better in person than the autoscale ;-)
and that sound - very intimidating.

A. have you check out the Whats New for 2007 thread? that will give you ASC and readyset info.

B. It will be another 7 months or so before another run will be considered.

The Vette thing, that is old stock, not new stock. I was unable to get my hands on any of that stock.

Tim, I have checked out the What's new for 2007. I actually was hoping to take it a bit farther and see if you could post some insight as to was is planned for the near future not as far as new product, but new runs on previously released bodies.

thanks for the info on the Vette. Sorry K america was unable to get there hands on some of it. Although looking at the 3 that I have the new one did have the new product cards in it for tires. it showed the nascar tires on it, this is why I assumed it was newly produced. It also had a different finish on it (Gloss Coat) that the other 2 older bodies didn't.

thanks for the info, Much apprciated.

I do I'll upload it to my gallery and post the link. I'll take a picture of both. you can really see the difference.

Pics. in the last 2 I shot the same view of each car. you can see the outline of the decals on the older one. on the one I just purchased you can see that the outlines are not visible because of the gloss coat. I hope that shows up in the pics. Full size pics are in my gallery here http://mini-zracer.com/mini-zgallery/showgallery.php?cat=1108&ppuser=5912

A C5R is underway to Belgium too! :D :D

I don't know if this is the right thread, but Tim, I have a really serious question:

Here in Belgium we depend on the German importer of Kyosho. In the old day (say +1 year ago), everything with kyosho.de was just fine: we could order chassis kits and body kits as much as we could, there was most of the time stock and well, it was easy to use: just have a look on the kyosho.de site and if there was stock, the local hobby store in belgium ordered bodies in kyosho.de (from belgium, which of course is .be, .de is for Deutschland like Germany :) ) and 2 weeks later it was delivered: just perfect!

But nowadays almost nothing is in stock, not even the chassis kits and of course I'm dreaming, not even the FETted chassis kits!! And look at the bodies, or RTR kits: almost nothing is there!
http://www.kyosho.de/?page=shop/product&category_id=40ff385e21d177d4b827c04f84278261&ps_session=aeedd95166c0418cd88e4cabb9dcc2ba&mod_title=product

Since Mini-Z is really going well in Belgium (some clubs are about to organize endurance series in big shopping halls and new clubs are coming more and more) availability is sinking to a very deep point.

Do you have any idea what the problem is and is it possible that some big guy from kyosho is pointed at this problem, so he can point kyosho germany to this problem.

It is a real shame that things can happen this way, and more and more I import from Hong Kong, I'm feeling sorry for my local hobby store too... :(

Ok, Well it looks like this was old stock with new paper work. I was unable to get my hands on any. But I understand that we may have a reproduction on the vettes within the last 4 months of 2007. One i can confirm, I will let you guys know.

Haco, thank you for that bit of information. I will forward your comments to the correct people for review. I am sure someone is already on top of the issue, but just in case I will forward it on.

Hi Tim,
Apparantly the forwarded comment must have helped, or it was something else, but suddenly new bodies are popping up on the kyosho.de site. Still with delivery time estimation, but at least they are there and we have an idea when they come.
But from the chassis still no words, don't know what you did, but could wou the same for chassis kit please? :)

Thanks a lot!
