These are the details of the FET:

Transistor Polarity:Dual N/P Channel
Drain Source Voltage, Vds:20V
Continuous Drain Current, Id:6.5A
On-Resistance, Rds(on):30mohm
Rds(on) Test Voltage, Vgs:4.5V
Package/Case:SO-8
Leaded Process Compatible:Yes

Q1: 6.5A, 20V
RDS(ON) = 30 mW @ VGS = 4.5V
RDS(ON) = 43 mW @ VGS = 2.5V
Q2: -5A, -20V
RDS(ON) = 55 mW @ VGS = -4.5V
RDS(ON) = 90 mW @ VGS = -2.5V

IMO, i think its the same as 4562 and sp8m4 but the resistance is high.
Please correct me if im wrong.

thanks for the info, i think i might just try them to see what they do in a 2x2 stack. if they are the same as 4562 that would be great. the site that sells them said this is a updated version of the fets they used to sell. they are supposed to maintain smooth throttle response unlike their other ones, i guess the older ones would act like a single stack of 4562. thanks again
