Hello. Team Losi just released a Brushless motor and speed control system for their 1/36 scale Micro-T. I wonder if Kyosho will release similar for the Mini-Z cars?

What's the chances that the Micro-T motor could fit a Mini-Z? As I recall, it uses the same size motor...

It is a smaller motor than mini z, so I don't think it'll fit.

The Losi motor is a 12mm. There are a few guys on this site that have fit same sized ones into Zs. Flash, Cowboy, and cdog Im pretty sure all have successfully running ones that have been posted on this site.

I would like to see K release its own board and motor combo, but Im guessing they would have to fabricate motor mounts as there isnt a direct swap for 130 motors on the market.

They could offer it as an upgrade with their new 2.4 GHZ system.
