Well here is my latest project, just finished! Could have been a little better but i'm happy with it, i'm looking to get another CJ5 so i can have a go at another colour scheme i have in mind, kind of like a retro surfer thing, i'll post it up when i eventually get another CJ5!

Pics of the process:

I have always loved this body set, as you have that figure to mess with. That look's too glossy for a camo job, overall look's nice though.

Came out really good! I was wondering what kind of shocks are you using?

Cheers lads...
@arch2b - i used a sheet of card with wavey slits cut out of it, put a dark base coat on then used the card for the second and third colours.

@hammerz - yeah i thought that, but i also thought that in order to make it more authentic i would have to leave the chassis black, and i want it alloy, so i figured it'd be a kinda urban camo jeep rather than a military one!

@greekone - they we're supposed to be for the overlander/monster, but when i came to putting them on they needed spacing out, as the ones that they SHOULD have been would have fitted strait on, but these were fiddly and needed some coaxing to co-operate! they're GPM, they work great though now i have them setup right!

I'm just about to post a LOAD of pics in the Car and Driver section of my whole garage, but because of limitations with only 10 pics per thread i'll have to put them on 3 posts...lol

I don't see the camo, all I see is green, but look's really good. I had once thought about doing a military camoflauged Jeep with weapons on it and green GPM alloy. Nice Jeep!
