mk2 - Have you tried downloading the ICS program from KO's website, kopropo.com ? That is what I did. When you go to the Ko website, click on the "ICS" tab on the upper left side of the screen, and at the bottom of the page you want the Mini-Z HG Manager ver1.1 . When I bought the USB-I.C.S. connector, I already had the Mini-HG program (I.C.S. program for the Mini-Z PCB) downloaded onto my PC because I wanted to check out the Mini-Z I.C.S. menu to see what it looked like (I also am running WindowsXP). Just plug in your ICS USB connector and start the Mini-Z HG program and you should be good to go. One thing to note: Make sure you change the "Port" on the I.C.S. menu to the corresponding UBS port that your USB adapter is plugged into so that the program can talk to your car :D
Hope this helps
