Hey Racers
Majs Hobby Shop Saddlebrook, NJ is planning an Endurance Race....with a twist...
Handout Motor Handout Batteries any AutoScale body, Kyosho mr 015/02 chassis

The most laps for one set of batteries wins....
Who will win??? The Fastest Racer or the Slowest...

Let us know what you think and if you have any ideas or suggestions.....
Thanks...

That is a twist! One set of batts? It could be as much as 40 minutes depending on gearing.

Interesting idea, but since all batteries are not created equal this could come down to the luck of the draw, I think maybe saying most laps in 30 mins, with testing before to make sure making 30 mins would be feasible by everyone.

Most people have chargers that can read defective batts, etc, so I think its a feasible idea.....I like it.

as long as the batteries are handed out from a large batch of cells and not already divided out into sets of 4 all would be equal as far as luck of the draw goes. I like the idea, sounds like fun!

A big bowl of charged AAAs to pick out of... would be the only fair way.
I'm interested as well... sounds like a great idea.

Will there be weight restrictions?

how about brand new unopened packs(possibly orion 1100s)....you have a few hours to tweak them....at the track....
give us some thoughts on battery brands and capacity.....

a weight restriction is a good idea....

if we use a decent quality cell it should be good....
the idea for this race is that everybody has a chance to win....
not the fastest guy with the latest and greatest equiptment....
just think a newbie with a total stocker has a chance.....:D

I love the idea! Definitely gives the new guy a fair shot. (They would still have to drive like a pro ;))

As far as brands, I think Orion would definitely be the way to go. They're mainstream, relatively affordable, and dependable cells.

I would just say to get a big bundle of alkalines from the dollar store and hand them out... can't get much more fair than that.

But The Cars Wont Run That Long Remember Majs Track Is Banked That Takes Alot Of Power To IF IT WAS FLAT CARS WOULD RUN LONGER

Would anyone be more likely to compete in the MHS Enduro if the start time was made earlier?
