Hi experts, I was reading somewhere that there is a new FET in town SP8M10, is it even new?

But i don't know much about these specs and how to read them, can the expert take a look at the spec of this and feedback on what they think?

I know in Japan they love the SP8M4 ... which is almost considered to be the king of fets ...

They are from the same family of parts. While the SP8M10 has slightly faster on/off times it is a fair bit more resistive (~30% on the N-channel side and double on the P-channel).

Unless there is a significant cost difference, the SP8M4 is the best (and really only part) that ROHM manufacturers that is suitable for your mini-z esc.

Hope this helps.

Thanks, I was ready to give the SP8M10 a try, I guess I will stick with the SP8M4 instead.

On paper yes, but i doubt most drivers would feel a signifcant difference especially if stacked 2x2 or higher.
