Hi, all.

Just like to share with you all my third project with more use of waterslide(never tried this in the past, but I do gain some confidence after this). I got the idea after seeing a great total custom FC3S on my local track, and decided to do a pseudo-adaptation of my own.

The result is ok, and still leave a lot of room to improve...and the front cover logo didn't show (due to the low quality of waterslide, probably not backed by white); but nonetheless it does give a simple white body much character.

Enough saying, here goes the pix:

The front headlights, rear mirror and rear wing is intentionally left white. The work is not totally completed, and more clear paint coating will be needed to protect the waterslide sticker.

My friend's true adaptation involve massive work of cutting off the front and rear chassis and gluing custom parts to it. Mine here is kept stock, just like to have a little fun without too much headache and hard work...

Though I am not a hardcore D1 fans, the waterslide is pretty accurate to depict the reversed image on the passenger's side.

I will be taking this car and drive it on the track soon after the clear coat, and even though I might not be the best drifter, I am sure the looks will count... :D

That's excellent! Nice work! Some deep dish rims would finish that nicely! :D

Nice detail, except that you have Toyota and Nissan stickers on a Mazda...

Haha....Ruf! I figured someone will pick that out eventually, and I am all guilty as charged. Good observation.

The front dull black is so boring that I decided to give Toyota and Mazda a chance to co-op on this project, but I believe I didn't pull Nissan into the deal too...or did I? :D

The Toyota and Nissan are the car's the Mazda beat durring the race. When a racer win's, he take's the loser's logo. :D

Coppermix is a brand name for Nismo clutches. There are some SR20DET-powered FC's out there but not many... :p
