Hello, do FET's get hot a lot? I noticed 3Racing has a new PCB cover for the AWD with a heat sink for the FETS, is this worth getting? It look's cool being chromed and all, but is it worth getting for the heat sink? Do the FETS produce that much heat to need one?

On-resistance increases with temperature so cooling the FETs will increase motor power.

See On-resitance vs. Temperature table from any FET datasheet. This one is for the 4562. Approx. 25% higher resistance between 100 and 25 degrees C.
