That's a forum. I'm updating the poster soon.
I was confirmed with the shopping mall on Oct 17th and 18th (Sat). The mall let me to set-up on Friday morning and we can have a free practice and one qualify at night til 11pm. And that's a new shopping mall too, so it is much bigger and more people to watch.

Because some racers come late on Sat. So they might miss one or two qualify.

I am going to look into coming up for this event.

I work on Sunday, and have class on Friday... So I may only come for Saturday, depending on what Sai/Willy are doing, I dont drive

you can come on Friday evening if you can. Coz now we have more racers to race MiniZ in this winter, they're all night racers. So that's why we can run the race on Friday night.
But if you can't show up on Friday, we still have 3 qualifies on Sat anyway.

According to the PN World Cup Rules only 3 qualifiers should be allowed for this to be an official event. Just thought I would throw my 2 cents in...

i agree....rules are rules....

do the rules state that is it 3 total qualifiers period? or 3 per person?

meaning that if you run 4 qualifiers, each driver can participate in no more than 3.

Qualifying:
There will be three qualifying runs for each class.
Each run will last 8 minutes.
For the first run, the starting grid will be staggered in a random order.
For the second run, the starting grid will be reversed.
For the third run, racers will be re-shuffled into heats based results from the previous two qualifier runs.
The starting order for each run will be based on the number of laps run in the time allowed.
Top Qualifier (TQ) will be awarded to the racer with the highest lap count for a single heat.

Hey guys I think you got it wrong, in Canada we race more qualify because we are not as lucky as you guys in the USA that had a lot of good racers. We have few racers during the summer and a lot of people during the winter that’s why we race more qualifying but this is in the “CLUB RACE” the one we have every weekend. PN CUP is different matter, PN CUP is according to the PN Rules, is not the first PN CUP that will be host in Canada, so don’t worry about the rules the rules are the same. “PN RULES” PN CUP. So don’t worry is an official event.

Whether it's 3 or 4 qualifiers (if 1 is optional), it's not a big deal. He's just doing it for your convenience if you can't make it in early enough on Saturday. Regardless, James Mak and the ZZ Hobby crew host great races. Ask anyone who's been to their past Mini-Z championship races. They're organized, efficient, and very enjoyable overall. I definitely won't want to miss this one! See you guys there! :)
