Hello there. I am building a large archive of Mini-Z's. I so far have over 220 photo's of AutoScale bodies ranging from MR02, MR15, AWD, F1, Overland, Monster and Dnano's.
I'm not exactly sure if the Marketplace is the correct place for this or not, but thought I'd give it a try anyway.
I'm looking for stock-like photo's of the following AutoScales.
The photo's need to be large, almost full-screen size, high-resolution, and need to appear stock if they are NOT stock photos.
Here is an example of the type of photo I'm looking for.

I need photo's of all the Skynet models including KITT, KARR, Batmobile, Back to THe Future Delorian, Speed Racer, Machine RS 1 and 2, The gold Super Z, Skyline Super Silhouette "both former and later"
I need all three Diablo's, the black Murcielago, and the white/silver Porsche 911 GT3. I also need the white and yellow Altezza's, and the red and silver Vit'z.
Finally, would need the Mini-Van's as well.
Your help would be highly appreciated. I had found the black Murcielago in the size I wanted, but the dumb website wouldn't let me right click and save the photo, so I still need to find one. Thank you!
Would also like to find photo's of the original MR01 series if possible. Thank's again!
One more thing, photo's of Kyosho hop-up's would also be helpfull. :D
Forgot to add the Fast and Furious collection as well please............

Marc, if the web site won't allow you to save the file, you can always hit CTRL+Print Screen. That captures the whole screen to the clipboard. Then go into Photoshop or whatever it is you use for your images, open a new document, click CTRL+V, crop only the area you need and save it.
;)
I'll try that if I can find that photo again, thank's Dude!
Okay, I found that I had Adobe Photoshop Elements and I was able to capture the black Murcielago and get it exactly as I wanted. Thank you for your tip Dudemeister. I still need the other AutoScales though. So if you all could help me find those I'd appreciate it. I dont' want tiny photos, they need to be nice and big!

The bottom ones are a bit small, but that's all I could find for now.
Thank's Dude, I've already got the first four, but the rest are helpfull. They might be big enough that I can enlarge theme without loseing quality. I just dont' want the really itsy bitsy ones. I'll let you know if I can enlarge those or not.
I did manage to find KITT, KARR, and the Former Nissan Skyline Super Silhouette model. Although the Skyline was not at the angle I was looking for. It was a direct left side view and I was looking for that 3-quarter view. Plus the Skyline was on the AutoScale base which I'd rather not have.
Thank you for those photo's, I will see what I can do with theme.
Thank you Dude, those photo's worked perfectly. I was able to enlarge theme and still maintane quality.
Question. The two Supra's, what chassis type were they for? Were they for the original MR01? Most of the MR15's I have I think half were originally for MR01, but would like to find specifically the original MR01 series photo's.
The Fast and Furious models were MR01's correct? I think I catagorized theme under the MR15. I'm just trying to be accurate here.

Just my 2c, and understand that I'm not a moderator here, so I have no real say in this:
I don't think the marketplace is an appropriate location for this thread. It should probably be in the "Bodies" discussion area, or possibly "Miscellaneous Discussion" area... unless you're planning on paying people for the photos you're requesting. You may get more responses that way though. ;)
This marketplace area should be only for buy/sell/trade only.
Kevin.
Would any of the moderators mind moving this over to the correct thread?

I have quite a few also so I will prolly email them to you
I'd like a copy of the archive to if you dont mind
If you can help me complete my archive, I beleive I can put it all on a CD. I bet alot of other people would like a CD containing every AutoScale ever made.
I'm also going to include the Dnano's in the mix.
So far, my archive is 17.7mb in size and contains about 310 files in 16 different folders. I've catagorized theme in different types of chassis, hop-up's, some stock-parts, and wheels.
I'm contemplating on including aftermarket hop-up's, or having this strictly Kyosho-brand only.
Oh yea, I've also started a white body section as well.

Marc, if you don't mind, could you rar and megaupload your archive in either current stage or complete? I bet most of the members here myself included would love to have a copy of that. Given the size, you hardly need a whole CD to share your work.
Hi there. As their all photo's, I think that would be a huge job uploading over 250 photo's. I think it would be best to complete the archive and load it on a CD. I was thinking of selling the CD for around 5-10 bucks? What do you think?
Also, should I include aftermarket hop-up's, or just keep it strictly Kyosho?
The advantage to owning the CD, is you can download it on your computer. One thing I like to do with the photo's, is I import theme onto my Ipod, plug my Ipod into my TV, and watch a nice little Mini-Z slideshow with music from my playlist.
I plan on making the CD as professional as I can by designing a face for the CD, and a cover for the case.
My ultimate goal for this project is to create an interactive catalouge where you can click on photos and it'll give you information relative to the photo. I also hope to include some videos as well. That CD would come much later.
For now it seems like people would just like to have the archive I'm building.
Hey guy's. Does it matter to you if the images of the AutoScales are like this these?

I my selfe prefer theme off the base and in the open like this one.

However, on some of the more rare Skynet models, this seems to be the only way I can find nice large photo's of theme.

If you're looking for a profit, and I won't blame you, then CDs are the cheapest way. If you just want to share the archive, which you said was about 20 megs, I'd RAR it, upload it on say, megaupload, and just post a link here so anyone who's interested can grab it. Its ALOT faster to just upload such a small file than to burn it and mail it to 100s of people.
I will look into those possibilities. How much would you pay for such a CD? Would you care if it was an interactive catalouge, or just a ton of photos? Ton of photos will take less time. Building the catalouge would take lot's more time and effort and in the long run would be worth the extra fee.
When I did an interactive catalouge in college, we used a program called Director 8 and I made one for the Sparco car-accessory company. It was pretty cool.
I'd like to get that program again, but I dont want to pay an outrageous price for it.
I can't find an easy way to upload the one folder that contains all the photo's. I tried useing Photobucket but it won't let me upload a folder.

I would pay for a cd!
Thank you. What's the highest you'd pay? It's alot of work in finding all the material, editting the photos, building up the archive, then the time to burn the discs, and the effort to mail'em.
I would like to make some money off this project.
For myself, I'm not particularly interested in paying for something that I can find online. However, you might wish to consider the legality of selling something which may be copyrighted. Don't know if these photos are or not, but making a profit from it seems a bit sketchy to me...
