Coming Tuesday at Noon Eastern time Speed TV is doing live coverage of a
press conference announcing the formation of a NEW US F1 team to compete
in 2010. They are supposed to announce who the drivers will be, and who will
supply the engines.

Can't wait to hear more.....

Well, I just saw some of the press conference clips on SpeedTV.com .

No driver announcement yet, nor engines...but at least we have a bonafide
F1 team in America !!

They did say that the drivers will BE American when they pick them......wo0t !

I'm thinking maybe Danica ?
Or maybe Marco Andretti ?
Graham Rahal might be a good choice, too.....

AJ Allmendinger has been mentioned as well.....

It'll be based out of davidson, north carolina. I'm friends with people who are involved with the formation of the team.

I hope their not seriously considering Danica. Won 1 race, and didn't even place higher than 5th in the IRL series...Why's her name even being brought up? I doubt she could even get an F1 license. Just bring Montoya back to F1 if he isn't too dizzy from going in circles.:D

;) It's because of the 180 mph wind tunnel, fastest in the world BTW, is in davidson.

Montoya! Man that guy couldnít handle F1 discipline or behavior on the track. I guess he didnít fit, perhaps it has to see with 3rd world un-development contamination and arrogance.:):):D
Cheers;)
