Hi guys,

I've noticed that you haven't had any WTF's In-Stock for a while. Are you guys tweaking the design or coming out with something new soon? Or are you planning on getting restocked at your shop and at rc Kenon?

Thanks for the info:D

We are working on a revised version of the WTF at the time. Once the design is finalized, we will put them up for pre-order on the site.

what is being revised, if i may ask?

A little bit of the geometry. It will come with about 2 degrees of actual caster (0.5 in PN terms) as well as a bit of camber (0.5 deg) to provide even smoother suspension movement. Lastly, we will eliminate the need for e-clips as the kingpins will be captured and droop will be adjustable with the turn of a screw.

Oh, and price might come down a couple of bucks... :)

Sounds like a win win to me!

Count me in to run the revised WTF. I have 2 cars with the original sets installed, and they run at the front of the pack.

Looks like I was too slow to buy the old stock that shop.tinyrc had. Does anyone one know where I can find one of the origional WTF front ends? Please post or PM me.

I'm sorry guys, I will try to give you a more definite answer about these soon. I am in the process of getting them straightened out.

One word of advice, any time there is a product that you want to get, dont wait. In this hobby, if you wait, you will miss your opportunity, and it may be a long time before another run is made on the parts.

Im looking forward to the next revision as well. But I still have 2 of the older revisions, so I am OK for now :p

Well, according to reports I get from ruf, the WTF drawings should be ready by the end of this week. Once this happens, production starts and we only have to wait 4-5 weeks tops. So if all goes as planned (it never does though) I would say, 6 weeks?

Sorry for the delay guys. I finally have the prototype on the way from China to us. It should be here within the next couple of days. This is our first "machined" product that we have entirely designed from the ground up. We underestimated how long it would take to get this made, thinking the factory would be much quicker at working with us on this. Unfortunately this was not the case. Going forward, with our new projects, we will maker sure that we take this into account so that we can get our projects out quicker.
