I'm thinking of getting a TT01D and I was wondering if anyone knows a site/forum that will help me learn about all the different chassis etc.

Thanks,

http://www.tamiyausa.com/

A good one to start with. If I have one in the mail, I go here and download the manuals to look at.

Yeah, but I'm wondering if anyone here knows anything about Tamiyas and if so what community(s) they're part of.

hkshobby.com sells a lot of hop ups for Tamiyas. Also check out Stellamodels.net its not US, but they have a lot of kits. You can also get kits at Tower Hobbies, and google for coupon codes to get a discount.

This is my list of priority.
1. AM MA10
2. TT01D

I'm just starting to learn about Tamiyas so that I'll have a better idea later after I've gotten an AM MA10

Insights provided would be very helpful and it would really be beneficial if you tried looking it up through a search engine.
