Nice tutorials ;) Its nice to see simple mod's that make a HUGE difference with stock equipment. Its not always what parts are on the car, its how they are installed and prepared that make the biggest difference.

What about honing the inside of the knuckle with the kingpin that is going to be used in it after it is polished ;) It has been covered by a tutorial that Davey G did at AtomicMods when he was there... but is almost as important as polishing the knuckles.

I just would like to add, a few trick I learned:

CLEANING THE POT - will make steering problems disappear.

Well, it is not a guarantee to solve all problems in steering, but when I cleaned the potentiometer of my z, the steering trouble was gone.

How to clean it, I use an spray can of electronic contact cleaner (about P300 per can in the Philippine so that is about $6). Removed the plastic cover carefully, and spray with the contact cleaner. Rotate the "pole" of the pot left-right.

If you can also make a small cotton bud to fit, you can spray the bud and wipe the contact part of the pot... be carefull not to over do it. When the cotton tip have no more carbon deposit, it should be clean enough.

AM mini Z ... but the FM and 2.4Ghz iwavers on my rental also improved when the potentiometer was cleaned (saving me lots of dollars from replacing the potentiometer instead).
