View Full Version : Mr-03 fet
Hi,
I'd like to change the FET on my MR03. I read that some drivers have problems with the 4562.
What do you think about the 8858 ? I want my Z to be linear also with a T2.
Best regards

I have a 2x2 of 8858's on my car and the throttle control is still extremely nice.

Problems with the 4562??
Here in Spain I havenīt heard about that.
What I read is that, at least in France, some got problems with the 7389 as the engines were slower than before.
But about the Si 4562, that is the first time I am reading that news.
You're right, there 's no problem with the 4562. I made a mistake. What do you think about 8858 ? Not to difficult to use ?
Best regards

8858s are great. Haven't tried them on the 03 yet but I have added a pair to the exiting 3010s on some of my 02s.
Traveler: That's what I want to hear! :) I just had my AWD fets replaced to 8858 from 4562. We'll see how it goes tomorrow!

I'd worry more about that T2 than the FETs. I can't control my car with the T2 motor in it.
Regarding the 4652's I feel they are not as linear as the HAT3010.
I dont like the feeling they give.
Other than that they give a lot of power, and are almost indestructable.
I also have an AWD what is your feeling with 8858 ?
Best regards
