I have seen the instructions to set the BT1 for an ex 10 doesn't seem to work on my EX-1UR? Does any one know how to program an EX-1 UR?

I think you're going to have to clarify this question... what do you mean by "reverse"? I'm an EX-1UR owner, btw -- BT1 can be set by going to the #SETUP menu and scrolling all the way down. The options it gives you there are the only options you get, however. I sometimes use my BT1 as a casual lap timer, but aside from that I don't do much with it at all.

I would like to set one of my buttons on my radio to reverse my car. I have seen the instructions on how to accomplish this for the ex10 but it does not seam to work on my EX-1UR

Still have no idea why you would do that, but go through the #SETUP menu, scroll to BT1, set to T:REVERSE and that should be the procedure. Works on my UR.

It helps with the reverse delay.
Here is the original ex10 instructions post.

I have found out how to do it for any one else that want's to do this to their EX-1UR.

1. In the menu find T:IDLEUP
2. press enter then use the + and - key's to select which button you wish to dedicate to reverse. (I chose ET5)
3. press the arrow down key until you see IDLE:CEN it should read 0
4. use the - and + keys to set how much reverse you want B100 is 100% reverse and F100 is 100% forward.
5. press the arrow down key until you see IDLE:BTN you can select between push button or toggle button, using the + or - buttons.( I suggest push )

I hope this helps any one else with a EX 1UR. :D

Also, if you are using trim to set drag brake for some reason... you can use IDLEUP tied to a button to select reverse. For example if you have trim set to R20 to increase drag brake, then you can set button ET5 to IDLEUP = F20. Now when you press ET5 and release it, the car will keep rolling in reverse until you pull the throttle again.

Ah, I see what you did there -- I never would've thought of that. Clever thinking, interesting way to get two different "reverses". :)

Either setup would work.
