Hey guys,
I am quitting mini-z. It's been over three years since I started attending Stafford and I've loved every minute of it. However, over the last few months I have been contemplating leaving the hobby on a few occasions. However, the contemplation has recently got the better of me - especially today when I had to go into work for a client which is why I couldn't attend Stafford.

Not sure whether you all know this, but I recently got a new city centre office for my business and left my job at Next. Since this, I've pretty much put all my time into my work. Now I'm hardly finding time for living and seeing my family and friends.

And this is just the beginning... My office has only been open for two weeks now and business is booming. I had no time to read the forums and keep up which I imagine would only get worse.

When I do get home all I want to do is relax. My free-time and weekends feel even more special now as I am putting such long days in at the office and Stafford can often take a lot of preparation and time if you are as competitive as me. It usually eats up my whole weekend which is something I am not prepared to do anymore.

The thing is, I don't want to loose my friends (you guys) at the club. So I will continue to attend on a regular basis and run the CC and website. I just won't race.

Sorry guys and especially Bri.

If anyone has any pictures from events, please email them to me for the website. The same applies for the CC results.

Tom.

it always saddens me to hear this kind of thing... but on the brighter side... here's wishing you all the best in your new endeavour... hope you will be back... even though if it's just to drop by to say hi or just to lurk around... reading what new stuff's coming etc.. etc...

:D
