Join us for another Ann Arbor Mini-Z GTG on Saturday July 17th, 2010. Bring your Mini-Zs (2WD, AWD, and F1s), DNanos, Iwavers, XMods, Micro-Ts, and Epochs, etc.

New people are welcome as always! Everyone is friendly and helpful and we have lots of fun! :)

Please bring $10 to cover the cost of the race night (one fee for the whole night of practice and racing - a great value!).

NOTE: Transponder rental is $3 (http://shop.tinyrc.com/product.php?productid=20512) for the entire night if you do not own one.

The event starts at 7pm and is in Ypsilanti, MI (just southeast of Ann Arbor). The address is:
3140 Carpenter, Ypsilanti, MI 48197

Reminder that Dojo 4 is now 3140 Carpenter - park around the back of the building and use the back door to since the storefront section is closed when we start.

We have started our new Ann Arbor Mini-ZRacer.com season - running our new hour-long Enduro format! This season will run from July to November (2 Drops). See the image below as an example of the Track Layout we will be running.

We currently have 2 Mini-Z classes:

GT (Stock - including both 2WD and AWD)
LM (Modified/Unlimited -102mm Kyosho AutoScale)


Qualifying will once again be based on fastest lap.

Guys, please post whether you will won't be able to attend this week's race, and also post to the class/team name (http://mini-zracer.com/forums/showthread.php?p=388442#post388442) thread. Will post the full Enduro specs ASAP in a separate thread. :) :cool:

An hour long aye? This will be interesting.

I decided to run LM. Do we have to run the LM wheels & tires? Or can we run standard wheels and tires?

And I'll be there tomorrow at 7pm.

N, thanks for asking - you can run regular wheels and tires, you just have to run a 102mm Kyosho AutoScale body. You're going to love the Enduro format, I can't believe you've missed all of the long-format races we've done so far! :eek::)

FYI for those who didn't make it last night - we ended up doing more of a test session, since a lot of us had a lot of setup work to do, so we decided not to count the event towards the points series. For those who did make it, LMK feedback on the format etc. so we can make any tweaks before the next race! :)
