My son's birthday celebration is going later than I thought on Saturday (and it's at his grandmother's house on the eastside).

I'm either going to be very late or not be able to make it  :(

Will be there this week. Should be on time.

Guys, I'm considering a late start for today's event; Derrick is in Singapore, Jerry is...I dunno, too old or too married or something, Norman is going to be super late, Sean is never able to get there before 10:30 or so - and it's not like we do anything productive for the first few hours - and I've got to be in Livonia for Mrs. Mini-Z's Dad's B'day this afternoon/evening so was going to drive separately and leave early, but, given everything, this could be a decent plan? Lawrence is the only one who is confirmed as intending to be there on time (and plenty of people don't show up for a few hours anyway), so, how about say a 9pm start? I still want to race, so I don't really want to cancel - but please post your input/whether you plan to attend so we can figure out a plan - thanks! :)

It's not a big deal for me, I can show up at 9 instead... as long as it doesn't mean we leave at 4 am =P

I won't be able to make it tonight. I got a surprise birthday party to go to tonight at some friend's place in Plymouth.

I know Jason is not going to make it either, he is in New York visiting his brother.

C, thanks much for posting - so that means we've got Derrick, Jerry, you, and Jason that definitely can't make it, plus Norman and Sean anticipating extreme lateness - I think we better just cancel?

Whatever you decide just let me know. If canceled I'll just watch more college football lol.

I sent a txt alert to everyone (I think - if anyone didn't get it, please let me know and I'll add you) but Norman said it wasn't looking good for him, and Will finally admitted it was his anniversary, so ... tonight's event is cancelled - stay tuned to the forums for rescheduling info etc. - thanks! :)
