Hello,
Could you guys tell if that is a way to bind a Spektrum DX3R on the MR03 PCB ? or if someone know how to modify it or someone do it ...
Sorry if this thread had been opened yet.
Thank you

can not be done... the 2.4Ghz of Kyosho mini Zs are not the same with other controllers (like what you have/plan to use)

It sux, but it's a totally different system. I sold all my radio gear to get a ko Helios / JR z1. They are high end radios and are compatible with my 1/10 systems using spektrum modules. Just the nature of the mini z beast.
There was someone one this forum that was converting AM to use Spektrum receivers. Wasn't too long ago I seen the thread. Found it.

Dont say it cant be done.....
I have heard/seen people putting KO electronics in TXs and making things work.
For box stock use the Spektrum does not work with KO mini z 2.4.....

here's a link to pchan0 ma010 conversion from way back 2007
Here are the list of equipment I planned to use.
Spektrum system with micro receiver, case removed.
GFS! speed control, no brake and reverse. 1 gram, 10 amp max.
HS50 servo PCB with Kyosho sensor and servo.
then he eventually used...
Just got done installing the Xray 180 ESC, finally I have reverse and brake.
So a update of what I used,
Futaba S3154 micro digital servo
Spektrum micro receiver
Xray 180 ESC
then finally...
I can offer a building service too.
Car now equips with a Novak SPY, micro Spektrum and Futaba S3154 digital servo

just went through the thread... was nice looking at some other conversions from all over the place...
if you do plan on doing it good luck... :D

if the DX3R have a module that can be removed (like the 4PK) or hacked, you can can probably install/adapt a kyosho mini Z module on it.
but from stock-out-of-the-box the 2.4Ghz module of DX3R speaks a different "language" that will allow it to communicate with the receivers of the 2.4Ghz mini-Zs.
