i have seen them in person and i must say the craftsmanship is top shelf....
He will build it to meet all of your requirements... I have also been considering getting one just need the time to sit down and really plan out what i want and need... he can layout the box so that your charger and poer supply never have to come out of it... really really nice...

Sorry to pop in on a local thread but thought I would share - I recently picked up a Pelican 1510 (http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0014D2WE4?ie=UTF8&tag=mikedowney-20&linkCode=as2&camp=1789&creative=390957&creativeASIN=B0014D2WE4) case after getting the idea from Tjay at FPR. It comes with the solid foam that's perforated so you can make your own custom layout. Works perfectly - and the case is near indestructible, waterproof, and has wheels and a handle. It's a great option, especially if you travel with your gear.
