I am good with Soldering and Fetting. However, I got a blown MR-03 board with a lifted Pad(The connection to Negative Terminal of battery). Is there anywhere else on the board that I can connect the Battery negative terminal to the top or bottom of the board?

Hey thanks for mentioning me lol.
You are in luck Sai. That's an easy one. Just use the little circle near the end of the board that is actually included in your little yellow square. Since its negative, a lot of the board thats not traces has continuity with it.
IF you wanted to you could actually scrape some of the green off inside the area of red outline in the below image. it would give you a larger and easier area to solder to.
