Anyone wanna try this? Up to 90mm wheelbase, model make before 90s, so that's all the old skylines, Zs, porsches, Lancia, Lotus, etc. Perhaps any motor considering that traction roll will be a #1 priority, so if you/your setup can handle beefy motors, then by all means. Else could be stock to save some headache.

The guys at Remnants are running Mini Coopers and are not having traction rolling issues.

tomorrow i need to focus on hfay. i'm tired of the 25-30 range and want to get back up to <20.

we need a 90mm class to get this going at larger race events. although all your going to see are low and fat ferrari 355's, etc. i still have a cooper body but i really want to get the 240z dialed.

thanks,
raymond

We'll see how tomorrow goes. I'm more than likely gonna use my 240 after trying it out on monday.

Exactly what porsche R U allowed 2 run? I have the 934, 935, gt3, and another 1 I can't remember. It came out with release of the MR03.

34 and 35. GTs were all newer models.

The 911 gt3 and the 911 gt1 are 90mm.

The 935 and 934 are bot 86mm I believe.

Guys, actual car model's year is part of the rules, so all GT# porsches are out.

Is the FC3S RX-7 usable? My brother had an 88 Turbo II, which is basically the same model as the ASC, although that was the 89 design which had revised tail-lights and a few other small cosmetic changes/facelift.

Why not. I'd definitely leeway that if at least one trim of a certain chassis was within the bracket, then its good to go.

So anyone still up to make this happen? I'd love to add "all narrow wheels/tires" to the rules, so it'll essentially be the Hatchback class with greater leniency towards the body selection.

Well, 90 isn't quite the only limit, but I guess I'll discuss this in person on saturday.

Funny enough, if you stay off the walls, it really does on the 03. Reason I got the 03 actually, to run that one and the likes with ease.
