Anyone has the experience of putting MR03 board on F1. Is it possible to do it? I am thinking resoldering the coreless motor wire to F1' servo motor. Anyone knows if the voltage or current will match?

thanks

It's been done on an awd,so i dont see why it wouldn't work. Maybe if you searched that thread it will give you an idea.

pretty cool conversion... looks like you even managed to attach a gyro...
how does it handle... gyro vs. no gyro?

thanks for any response...

I just have the chance of running with standard setting ( steering gain 90 ), I can feel the gyro catching the rear at the high speed corner and 4 wheel drift a bit. nothing in medium or slow corner. Will play around with ICS manager this week.

When stoped and hit the throtle full , the car spins with the gyro or not?

yes , it will spin.

The mini z gyro is a rate gyro. It senses the yaw rate of the car. Once the yaw exceeds certain number, it will apply opposite steering and reduce throttle until the yaw rate reduce under certain number. That "certain number" can be set thru the ICS manager. You can set that "certain number" individually for steering or throttle. So gyro will either affect the steering or throttle or both at the same time.

what a i asking is the back spin... in circles! If from full stop to full trothle on tile floor with the gyro the back will spin in circles? or not?
