Quick question: What snow tires should I run on my Mini-Z ??

Quick answer...

Unless it's an Overland.

The more tread the better I would guess... better pack it down real well, and I hope it's at least an AWD or it would be pretty much pointless.

Whatever tires you got to work at HT, the RCP there is like driving on ice!

Good point! Gee I wonder what snow will do for the circuit board...

We had an AWD fly off my track (crazy driving) and then proceeded to find the small opening to the well in my basement. Luckily the light kit was on it and we fished it out of the murky depths. We took the cells out, dried it off a bit, hit it with some motor cleaner and let it dry out. Car ran fine after that.

The board should be ok with the little moisture you'll encounter.

i've seen some videos of overlands on snow... and well the board can tolerate some moisture... just let it dry out properly... anyway...

here's something... in case you haven't seen it, here's some pics of a body modified by dr.kustom using a tamiya scale model and losi micro crawler electronics...
