I'm still not fully understanding what the motors we are using and how they make a class.

I hear "spec" and "stock" alot, I think.

So questions:

In a brand new Mini-Z, what is the motor than comes with it?

What does spec mean?

What does stock mean?

What does mod mean?

What specific motors are in the various house cars at chimini?

Basically the motor that comes with nearly every Mini-z is a 70t motor. This is the "stock" motor or "Kyosho Stock" motor.

The reason I use "spec" is because the HFAY series allows for the use of the "HFAY Spec" motor which happens to be a PN Racing 70t motor. They are both 70t motors but I'm sure you noticed, the PN motor is a much faster motor in our races.

As far as the HFAY series is concerned, there is only one "racer" class. But you'll notice that in the results they do list what motor is being used.

So if you elect to use the standard Kyosho Stock, you can at least see how you fair against others using the same motor.
