You can choose your own layout.
If you download zround there is a trackdesigner included.
If you ordered a kyosho tracks it comes with a sheet with a couple of layouts.

slaphappy:

All of the HFAY layouts use two Wide L's.

here is a picture of mine. My space was pretty limited, so the layout isn't anything fancy.

12 tiles wide x 7 tiles tall

I downloaded the zround software and can't find a track designer anywhere. How do I find the track builder program?

Thanks! i just designed it using excel haha. it worked out nicely with the short side in the far corner, because my electrical closet is there. it has a number of turns and corners. its good enough for me to tune my car and test it out on the track, and race around once in a while. waiting for my son to grow up so we can race together!! :D

After you install ZRound you will find an application folder in your Start menu called "ZRound Race Timing" and in that folder you will find "ZRound Track Designer".

It's a great app. Very easy to use for designing layouts. You can even add your inventory up front before you start designing and then watch your inventory shrink as you lay out the tiles - so you know what you have left.

One of these days I'm going to write a browser-based version of that app. One of these days... ;)

I looked in the folder and no track designer program. Is there a certain version of zround I need to download, and if there is, could you link it to me?
