It has description, photos and video HERE (http://www.egrracing.com/shop/mr03-3mm-bearing-enhanced-knuckle-axle-for-3x6x25-bearing-p-4569.html) at EGR Mart.
This product is on my wish list for the next month.

From the video it seems like I would need a special Knuckle with a screw-on axle.

Anyone knows which Knuckle would work?

Yes these will only work with the atomic 03 knuckles. From my understanding it is to allow you to use the same size bearing that is used on the rear diff.

I wonder what the advantage to this is? I know I seem to always have alot of extra bearings this size.

From what I saw in the video, ATM claims less slop than the 2mm bearing...

The only thing I see giving less slope is the knuckle itself, I'm not sure if the bearing would make that much of a difference. But I could be wrong.

I use these myself and there is noticeably less slop compared to using standard bearings. Handling is slightly more consisten. You'll need the Atomic MR-03 knuckles.

An added bonus is that you may use the thinner AWD bearing to fine tune the wheel offset.
