From the person who brought you the incomplete HKS altezza and the incomplete ER34, comes another project LOL.

I won a bid for this R32, fairly cheap, and since I have a glosscoat R32, I decided to cut this one up. It was going to be an R33, but then I realized it would be neat to have another unseen four-door mini-z.

Dimensions are pretty much on point. Still at 94mm wheelbase, so this will probably be a daily driver! Onto the pics:

I doubt it will take long for me to finish this. I need opinions though!

Stock sedan, or a drifter sedan ?! Reference pics help too!

...also, it seems I have a thing for sedans.

I would've voted stock sedan at 98mm. I believe the sedan's wheelbase is longer than the coupe's, and you have a lot of work ahead of you to shorten the front doors and windows, and create the rear doors and windows. :) But, an R32 sedan project would be great!

@color01 , i would've thought 98mm would be more suitable also, but after seeing them side by side IRL, i concluded that the way i cut it was more accurate. I'll explain my science below the pics if you want a decent read LOL.

Some minor rear panel putty work

Slowly getting the body lines to be smooth.

fixed the front so that i have that GTS hood / bumper :D

ANYWAYS.
The C pillar on the coupe is almost resting in the middle of the rear wheel well. The C pillar (which is now the D pillar based on what I did) rests a little further back, but still within the wheel well. Based on that, I just cut as shown in my pics, and achieved the appropriate gap for each window. The doors can still fit, since a coupe's doors would be longer than a sedan's front door. I thought it would look squished at 94mm, but it seems that the sedan has that sort of squeezed gap between doors. Also, the rear of the sedan sticks out quite a lot more than the coupe, from what I saw by eye. I have yet to actually compare the wheelbase through research, but I don't believe the difference is noticable (if any). (I've always done these things by eye and my own judgment..o_O) :D LOL sorry for the writeup.

update on some body work. plotting out where doors begin and end, as well as minor etching to properly simulate sedan tail lights. plus, a little bit more macro to show smooth + consistent body lines.

Drift Sedan, I'd like to know if you'll use a 98mm wheelbase. 80% of drifters I know use 4-door Cars,R32's, R34's, C33's, C35's, Jzx90's...

As mentioned in the first post, the way I cut it was so that it remains at a 94mm
wheelbase. Not only does it still look pretty accurate, it also helps the fact that
I don't have AWD 98mm extensions.

Sorry for the hiatus (I'm still going to be afk most of the time). I figured I might
as well upload photos of whatever I have of this, rather than just self bump an
empty reply.

And here's all my skyline sedan projects that have yet to be finished.
ER Junkyard, anyone?
