Are they the same, but one in plastic and the other in aluminium?
Is there any difference?
Is one more reliable than another?

Thanks for your help!

I think the most important thing to find out is if the outo cutoff realy works.
Not like my PN that keeps discharging to 0.4V.
I know some people using the atomic one, never heard them complain.
Dont know about the other one.

I used the ATM for a while, havent really had any problems. The other looks more compact, but has a slower discharge rate, so it will take longer to discharge. It will keep the cells cooler, but at 1A, they dont get too hot anyway.
