PNWC STOCK 2011 RULES
MOTOR
GT Stock Class drivers will receive a sealed hand-out 80T motor (#112080),for each class the driver has registered for. Each motor will contain a control number. The control number will be recorded and assigned to the car that the driver has registered to run in the class. Each motor must remain with the car it was assigned to at the time of registration. The motors are to be run as is. Any tampering with the motor will result in disqualification. If any Race official suspects motor tampering, the driver will be subject to disqualification. Each class drivers can buy one more extra motor.
CHASSIS
GT Stock Class - 90mm to 98mm Wheel Base
Kyosho Mini-Z MR01, MR015, MR02 and MR03 MA010 only. Kyosho colored chassis may be used.
BODY
GT Stock Class Kyosho Mini-Z and TRP Scale body only, Le Mans body allowed, all windshield and window must be installed.

BEARINGS
any type of bearing by any manufacturer is allowed. For example: Ceramics are allowed.
BATTERIES
All Classes cars must be powered by four AAA batteries. Alkaline, Ni-MH or Ni-Cd batteries may be used. No other type of battery may be used. For example: Lithium Polymer may not be used.
WHEEL RIMS
All brand Plastic and Aluminum rims are allowed.
GT Stock Class,
Maximum front wheel width is 8.5mm. Maximum rear wheel width is 11mm. Maximum wheel diameter is 21mm.
TIRES
Any Brand of Rubber tire ONLY. No foam tires or tires allowed. No tire insert use. No traction compounds allowed on tire or on race surface. Tire warmers are allowed. Tires may be cleaned with a 70% alcohol solution. If a driver uses tire cleaner that has been deemed illegal, the driver will be subject to any penalties that apply. Please address any questions concerning tire cleaners at the drivers meeting.
HOP UP PARTS
Drivers may use any Kyosho or after market parts available. All upgrades must conform to all other rules posted in this document. All upgrades must be designed for the chassis that the upgrade has been installed on. No upgrade will be allowed if the upgrade will interfere with the cars of other drivers. The Racing directory, tech inspectors and race officials reserve the right to disqualify any part deemed improper based on fairness and possible interference.

* Handout motor class only: Motors can not be tapered with in any way, brushes can not be changed and endbells can not be removed
for any reason. Any evidence of tampering will be means for disqualification.
Electronic Equipment
* Any combination of electronics, whether integrated or independent is allowed.
* No limit for number of external or internal FET modifications to the electronic boards.
RACE FORMAT
Qualifying
* 3 five-minute Qualifying rounds with resorting after every round
SINGLE A Mains
* All A-mains eight-minutes
* Lower mains five-minutes
RACE POINTS PER CLASS
TQ +1 POINT
First 35
Second 30
Third 26
Fourth 23
Fifth 21
Sixth 19
Seventh 18
Eighth 17
ECT....
And so on, scoring one point less for each driver down to last position.
If a driver does not start, he receives no points.
SO-CAL MINI-Z CCS CHAMPIONSHIP FORMAT
So-Cal Mini-Z CCS POINTS - Points will be awarded based upon the final results of each class run at each race using the following scale:
First 35
Second 30
Third 26
Fourth 23
Fifth 21
Sixth 19
Seventh 18
Eighth 17
ECT...
So-Cal Mini-Z CCS SERIES CHAMPION -
Points earned in each class will be accumulated to determine So-Cal Mini-Z CCS Champion
In the event of a tie, the RACER with the most first place finishes will be
declared Champion. If a tie still exists, then 2nd Place finishes will be
used, etc. until the tie is broken.
