Posting listing pics from a iPad or phone

Hello, I'm just wondering if anyone can show me how to post pics on the forum from the iPod and iPhone.

i think you will have to download it to your desk top first then you can attach it to your post... under attach files / manage attachments

I have my photos automatically download to photobucket. Then from there you can attach them like you would if you were at a desk top

Nope.... Didn't work. I tried that still nothing. I'm gonna try the photo bucket suggestion.

if your patient, VB has an upgrade coming that includes more mobile friendly tools like uploading images from mobile device. that has long been a source of frustration for me as i like to do on site reporting however the forum/gallery does not allow you to upload from a mobile device with the current version.

if you have the pics on photobucket mobile you can select photo then hit info and the directories will come up. then just copy and past into the forum

I use an Ipad a lot, and have downloaded the Photobucket mobile app. Works great on Ipad and makes posting images nice and easy.

kinda works for me...

had to do some tweaking though...
the computer will detect the phone as a portable device...
then you can treat it like an external hard drive and copy your pics onto your desktops hard drive...

you will have to resize the pictures though prior to attaching them to your post...

i might want to try that photobucket app sometime... :D

I dont have an Iphone, just a crappy LG ENV3... I email photo's to myself, then post on a PC. Browsing the forums on my phone is really not practical. If I get a new phone, the new VB update will be very helpful.

most current version of VB is supposed to recognize mobile device storage so attaching or uploading images from a mobile device is possible. we have not upgraded to this version yet. :(
