During the last PNWC, I was suprised to see that PN drivers were using a MR02 body with an MR03 ESC and a PN double A arm.
I'd to understand why they don't use MR03. What's the difference that makes this kind of MR02 better than a MR03.

Regards

Why not?

I never got my mr03 to run as good as my MR02 double arm setup.
I gues it has something to do with my driving style.

Pretty much, everyone has a preference. For stock class I drive mr03 and for mod I drive mr02.

The 02 is heavier and stabler, so you'll be more consistent in Mod... my 03 is faster than Grant's 02 in some sections of some layouts, but because it's so much more responsive you have to be careful not to overdrive it in other sections. I think I am slowly getting the soft chassis setup dialed in, and we'll see how well 03 vs. 02 hours at RCX!

Everyone has different driving style. Its also quite hard to compare 2 different modified cars (not modified class). Unless they are both completely stock out of the box, many things can be a factor to peoples opinions on Mr-02 VS. Mr-03.
