Hello

As you may understand I'm running the ATM Chili motor in my MB-010.
It works great except for one thing, sometimes it just stops though the servo is still working. When this happens I can just give it a little push and it starts working again.
Any ideas?

Best Regards
Chris

I love the Chili and other M1 can motors but they are notorious for having the brushes hang up if they get dirty. Try pulling the brushes and cleaning the guide channels with motor spray and a pipe cleaner. Make sure that you put the brushes back in with the proper orientation (there is a diagram on the end bell).

I have started using the optional hard brush springs (http://shop.tinyrc.com/product.php?productid=18748&cat=0&page=2) in applications where I think dirt will be a problem and it seems to resolve the issue permanently. There are also super hard springs but I found that they were not needed and hurt the performance of the motor.
