Just keep it factual and respectful and all will be fine. Be respectful of support procedures implemented by entities as this is not the place to resolve them.

im sorry to read that you are having a problem... however i do know that the owner/the man responsible for these matters has been out of the country for the last 2 weeks and will be back in the office next monday.... :)

Sorry to hear that. From my experience, which is plentiful, Kenon is a highly reliable store and a model for all others. I'm sure they will work with you to resolve the issue. Just give them some time and welcome to the forums!

lets not use this as a discussion forum per sae. I'm sure JDM will be happy to provide updates as they occur.

to add my own feedback, i've ordered from Kenon so many times since i got into mini-z that i could not possible recall them all. i do know that in the 10 years I've been racing mini-z, I've had maybe 2 returns/replacements by Kenon. Most annoying would be replacement of broken Giro-Z components which was in no way their fault as they shipped from Giro-Z broken and to get replacements required getting new parts from Giro-Z which is in EU so just took some time. Other than those few instances, all positive. For a business, in my experience, they have a good record for support. not infallible, but always resolved the problem.
