View Full Version : Toasted circuit board?

So I was having an issue w/ the steering on my ma-010 twitching and I removed the circuit board to access/clean the steering pot. Reassembled and now it does not turn on! I took it apart again and all of the solder joints are fine...what could have happened? I'm afraid the board might need replacing, but there's just NO WAY I have the skill/patience to handle those tiny solder joints. Am I screwed? Any advice out there??

**The batteries are fully charged.

How about the on/off switch? Do you think you may have damaged it during your process? Try connecting the two wires to bypass and test for function.

If possible you can take clear pictures of the top and bottom of the board and post it here. Maybe someone will be able to see why its not turning on.

Thanks for feedback. I took the board off again and the red battery wire was getting pinched by the board. Rearranged the wires and all is ok-whew!
