sup yall,

do you know if this item: http://www.kenonhobby.com/PN-Racing-Mini-Z-Motor-Brace-for-Multi-Motor-Mount-Orange_p_44923.html (http://www.kenonhobby.com/PN-Racing-Mini-Z-Motor-Brace-for-Multi-Motor-Mount-Orange_p_44923.html) can be used for xspeed motors without having to use the two motor screws to fasten to the motor plate, namely this http://www.kenonhobby.com/PN-Racing-Mini-Z-98mm-Motor-Plate-for-Multi-Mount-Orange_p_44586.html (http://www.kenonhobby.com/PN-Racing-Mini-Z-98mm-Motor-Plate-for-Multi-Mount-Orange_p_44586.html)?

In fact do i still need to use the two motor screws for other motors for that matter?

I would really consider getting it if it were so...

You can only use motors that have the 2 screw holes on the Motor Can.

So just to confirm, even if i use the brace i would still need to use the motor plate? Then what's the point of using the brace if just the motor plate would do?

Why use 2 screws if 1 would do?

The motor brace was made more for those running the 126 pitch gears. It helps keep a better gear mesh as it prevent a the motor from twisting causing the mesh to open or close up
