yes, Kyosho is releasing yet another system. this is meant to replace the current MR-02EX as the budget, entry level ready set kit.
no, this board and TX (KT-19) is NOT compatible with the current 2.4GHz ASF lineup.
please note Kyosho has explained they changed the color of the antenna lead to BLUE. this is how you identify the FHS vs. BLACK antenna lead of the ASF boards.
